Tracy Oberlies still loves what she does in this industry! She has been a hairdresser/ colorist for over 35 years and although her days working at Moxie Salon have been cut back, her hours are long, so that she can take care of all of her treasured guests. She is one of the owners and takes pride in her business. She invites you to come in any day, for a tour or to meet our staff!
Debbie Dibelka
Debbie Dibelka has been doing hair for 40 years. She specializes in color and haircuts. Debbie has lived in Ramona for over 30 years. She has two beautiful grown girls and six wonderful grandchildren. She is part owner of Moxie Salon. She feels very blessed to have a career she loves so much and wonderful clients.
Amanda Zavalov
Amanda has been doing nails for 10 years. She specializes hand painted designs. Her services range from gel manicures, hard gel and acrylics. Amanda has lived in Ramona for over 14 years and has 3 children. She takes pride in being part owner of Moxie Salon. She loves getting to know her clients and being a part of their lives to make them feel beautiful.
Kimberly Rivas
Kimberly has been a hairstylist for over 20 years and specializes in Precision Hair Cutting and all Hair Color techniques including Foil Highlighting, Ombre’, Balayage, Base or Root Color, Dimensional Color and fun fashion trends and Updo’s! She has had continued education in Color, Cutting, and Styling with the Toni & Guy Academy and L’Oréal. Kimberly is very detail oriented and truly listens to her clients needs. I'm a local Licensed Cosmetologist of 18 years, providing and specializing in Lash and Brow Services for the past 7! I attended Poway Beauty Academy and graduated at Toni + Guy Hairdressing Academy in Colorado Springs, CO! I am licensed and extensively trained and certified in blonding, balayage, and color correction specialist and am also a published and certified makeup artist, having spent 6 years as a MAC Makeup Artist and Freelance MUA for fashion/runway and boudoir photographers in Denver and Colorado Springs (Colorado). After moving back to California in 2012, I focused more on bridal and boudoir! I became interested in lashing 7 years ago, and fell in love with the artistry! I took multiple certification classes for lash extensions, lash lifting, and brow lamination and waxing, and lash and brow tinting, and enjoy learning new techniques and styles as they come along! I am multi-certified in classic, volume, mega volume lashes (hybrids are a mix of classics and volumes), and I specialize in creating custom wispy styled sets that range from natural to dramatic. After so many years in the beauty industry, I am happy and always excited to be able to provide my girls with hair, lashes, and brows that set them apart from any and all other girls. The goal is to amplify all of my girls natural assets while wildly hitting their own beauty inspo goals!
